The STANDARD Platform is designed to help solution developers, policymakers, researchers, and civil society actors assess, compare, and strengthen the governance of generative AI systems. Our platform provides AI governance assessments, scoring, reports, and coaching based on the STANDARD framework (Systems, Transparency, Algorithms, Norms, Data, Accountability, Risk, and Deployment).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI governance assessments, we do not guarantee that the assessments, scores, or recommendations will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on assessment results or coaching recommendations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
